Local Partners

We want to think carefully about the crossroads of faith, culture and economics. Cities have more of these crossroads than anywhere else in the world. We believe in the power of sharing common goals to see our city flourish. Together, we are better.

HOPE IN OUR CITY

Building relationships with refugees to foster healthy community in Denver and to make generational impact.  It is through friendships and engaging the community holistically that true, lasting change occurs. Hope In our City is committed to the mission of "Love thy Neighbor". They help individuals grow in seven specific areas of language, employment, education, life-skills, citizenship, health and spiritual development.

CLOTHES TO KIDS

Clothes To Kids of Denver provides free school clothing to preschool-12th grade students from low-income or in-crisis families in a warm, welcoming store-like setting. Their hope is that when students have the clothing they need to feel comfortable and confident in the classroom, they will better be able to focus on their studies and fit in with their peers. Without Clothes To Kids, thousands of Denver students would go without school clothing and basics each year.

PROJECT WORTHMORE

We are working to restore worth to our refugee neighbors through the heart of our community. Every family we serve has a unique story, a steadfast courage, and a resilience to survive and rebuild their lives here in Colorado.  Project Worthmore strives for a world in which all people are valued, included, and empowered. To provide programs that foster community, self-sufficiency and increase quality of life among Denver-area refugees.
