First Harvest Music Festival

  • DeLaney Community Farm 170 South Chambers Road Aurora, CO 80017 (map)

Our ministry partners at Project Worthmore are hosting The First Harvest Music Festival that will take place on Saturday, June 22nd at DeLaney Community Farm, a 5-acre farm that supports refugees through an intensive educational program, sustainable agriculture, and community building. The evening will feature live music from Esmé Patterson, Bluebook, Hunter Burnette, and Taylor Maxwell & the Changing Tide. There will be a variety of food trucks, craft beverages, and treats for the whole family.

This annual summer event honors the increasingly-significant World Refugee Day, and is a chance to support year-round work that directly impacts the lives of Colorado refugees. All proceeds from this event will support programming for Denver-area refugees.

Under One Roof is a financial sponsor of this event

  • A water bottle (please help us cut down on the trash we produce at this event and bring a refillable water bottle - we’ll have plenty of H2O from our friends at Eldorado)

  • Sunscreen/a hat/etc. (it is summer in Colorado, after all. That sun can be no joke!)

  • A picnic blanket/folding chair

  • A FRIEND! Walk ups are welcome, so bring a friend, let’s create community and show solidarity with our refugee neighbors together!

  • A credit car or some cash for food trucks and suggested drink donations.

What Not To Bring

  • Your furry friends (unfortunately no animals are allowed on this historic property)

  • Valuables (bring a credit card or some cash for extra goodies, but leave behind other valuables you might not need)
